An antique French mantlepiece clock featuring a spelter sculpture of a boy with a horn. We have no key for this one (we may find one before it sells). A beautiful but untested piece. Priced accordingly
Note. Due to it’s fragile nature this item will be sent in two packages. Glass dome sent first. Once received safely we will send the clock. This saves on returns if the very fragile glass dome gets broken in transit (in which case we refund you in full)

Size roughly: 42 x 39 x 18 cm – 16.5 x 15.5 x 7 inches
Condition: in antique condition with signs of previous use and display, key is not the original key just a fake, wear to gilt in places, tarnish and patina, wood base has signs of long gone woodworm, stands at an angle almost as if made to sit on a angled shelf but adjustments have been made over the years to the stand to make it sit normally, spelter to rear pushed in / bent / cracked, gold top decor has been soldered on but this is loose and needs attention, clock untested as we do not have a key so best to assume not operational needing attention, we did hang the pendulum and it ticked away for a while before stopping after a few minutes (see video), price will increase if we locate key and it works OK.
