An antique French pewter traditional bar one liter serving pitcher for beer and cider with acorn styled lever. Well over 200 years old (we had another smaller one at the same time listed where the date of production was still visible), very heavy piece recovered from a bar that has been closed for many years in our village. Fascinating collection of metal stamps to the lever area. We have no idea of the story behind these but would be fascinated to find out.
