This is a vintage or antique dibber. Used by gardeners to make holes to drop seeds into, This one looks to be home made from a piece of iron and a piece of vine wood. Still very strong and capable with signs of age as detailed below. Fits in a right hand very well from a century of planting and wear we suspect.
